Telonics provides immediate access to digital software and trade signals. Because of the nature of the product, all subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service and that fees already paid will not be refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will not be charged for any future billing period, and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period.
You can cancel from your account dashboard, or by contacting us at info@telonicstrading.com. Please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation), contact us at info@telonicstrading.com within 30 days and we will review and correct genuine billing errors.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first, we're happy to help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your access.
Subscription fees pay for access to the software and signals, not for any trading outcome. We do not guarantee profits, and trading losses are not grounds for a refund. See our Risk Disclosure.
